Welcome to 360 Digital Vision. These Terms govern your use of our website and the digital marketing, web development, IT infrastructure, and consulting services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

360 Digital Vision provides digital marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, web design and development, cloud and IT infrastructure management, content creation, branding, analytics, and strategic consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in separate Service Agreements.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and creative assets. Delays from client-side may adjust project timelines. Clients are responsible for accuracy of all materials provided and must designate a primary contact for communications.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 calendar days unless otherwise specified. We may pause services on accounts past 30 days. All fees in USD unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own custom deliverables created for their engagement. We retain ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and frameworks. We may feature projects in our portfolio unless an NDA is in place.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information including strategies, analytics, credentials, and trade secrets. This obligation survives termination for two years.

6. Performance Disclaimers

We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and factors beyond our control. We commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Client pays for completed work. We provide transition support and transfer all client-owned assets. Prepaid fees for undelivered services are refunded pro-rata.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify 360 Digital Vision from claims arising from materials provided by the client, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE and Dubai law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, then binding arbitration in Dubai under DIAC rules.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes for active clients will be communicated directly.
